If you submit the beta form, your first name, last name, email address, specialty, and optional EMR are sent to CodeBlueMD’s enrollment endpoint hosted on Google Apps Script. These details are used to contact you about Troy and understand your workflow. Please do not include patient information.
The website’s note example uses preset fictional text. It does not record your microphone or run speech recognition. The copy button writes the displayed example to your clipboard only when you select it.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Website and font hosting providers receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, when you visit. This website notice does not promise that browsing or enrollment is offline.
Troy’s speech recognition and note generation run on the iPhone after required model and language downloads. Sending a note to your workstation, sharing an export, and using optional online services are separate actions. Review the app’s privacy information before using these features.
